Tualatin on Intel BX440?

Yes, as long as the slotket support Tualatin CPUs, which some don't, you should be good. You should be able to find a cheap Tualatin and slotket on ebay or here on AT's for sale forum.

It would be advisable to stick with tualatin celerons as their fsb is 100mhz. I used an upgradeware slotket and 1.1ghz tualatin celeron on that exact ABIT board at one time. A relative still has that powerleap setup with a 1.3ghz tualatin working fine in a 440bx based hp system, and another relative has an upgradeware slotket with a 1.2ghz tualatin celeron also still working fine in a dell optiplex gx1 440bx based system.
