TTL question

Inbound from the Internet side? No.

Inbound from the PC / LAN side ? No. You'd set that from NIC drivers.

On commercial routers, you can set the egress TTL (like, if you wanted to drop the TTL to the user so that if they put in their own router the packet expires ....)
