It's pretty much standardized so that's a question you should never really have to ask when it comes to ATX cases and motherboards.
 
Although its already been answered, I can verify that it does indeed fit. It was a pretty tight fit in mine though. You might have to change the placement of your hard drives (the cabling can get in the way). Other than that you should be fine.
