We don't actually know yet what Intel's current 10nm project is. They had to relax it quite a bit from their original goal. So it's hard to say if it equals TSMC 7nm now or not.

AMD usually uses the P (performance) variant so we probably don't know the performance until it comes out. Intel is releasing 10nm+ for competition as well.
