6'3, 200-210. It's a pretty common neck size after you finish puberty, which is in the mid 20s.

But I finished puberty at five foot three. Having said that, even I dont like tight-necked t-shirts. When I got out of the Navy I bought a bunch of v-necks to give my adams apple some room.
