i have lots of tshirts that i have bought a long time ago. and they are made of cotton. but everytime i wash them in the machine.. they seem to get.. alittle bit stiff and seems to feel like they shrink but is unoticable. any techniques out there to stretch out this shirt? maybe change the way i wash? any stretching techniques??

i use the basic washer and dryer combo. put in washer with soap detergent. then dryer with one of them static free smelly cotton paper.

When they have finished washing lay them out on towels on a table or the floor and stretch them in the direction you want them larger. Let them dry and then shake them well to soften before folding.

With new cotton tshirts, wash them in cold water and after the rinse and spin hang them on hangers until dry. Shake to soften before folding. They won't ever shrink this way.
