Trying Using Dragon to Post

Hi.

I decided since I have it, and rarely use it, I would try to post using my Dragon naturally speaking.

So what I see happens is a dictation box opens.... I am speaking into it right this second, and then I guess when you're finished speaking--- this feels really odd--- you just hit the transfer button on the lower left of the interface.

I think I don't like this..... But maybe it's just because I'm totally not used to it. It really does go very fast I must say.

Okay end of experiment, lol

Now I am typing.....and, OK it kinda worked.

I am using Dragon again… Because I think this might not sock.... I just kept saying SU CK and he keeps writing SOC K. So annoying.

Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their countries.

I think any minute now I am going to return the missing Malaysian Boeing 777. OMG, I am starting to enjoy this!

Carry-on people. 🙂 See I just said the word 🙂 and he gave the symbol for it... Now I would like to see when I hit transfer if the actual 🙂 appears.

Back in Dragon again, I just felt that I should make a screenie of the GUI so that people here can see it with their own eyes. So I am going to. Then I will put it up in this post. Had to change "the" to "a" My dragon needs more training.

Well, I must say I am pretty impressed right now with this Dragon. I never tried this before but when I just did was trying to improve my profile by using a feature I had done for periodical and scanned from the original publication.

I'm sure Dragon cannot use JPEG files to add to your vocabulary or better learn your writing style, but in this case I also had an OCR version of this article, I tried it and it worked!

This is really very fun! Any second now I will grow tired of this experiment and stop annoying everyone.

But I think everybody here should try this! Good this is something you really don't need Haswell to do!

🙂 Too bad when I say the word 🙂 it doesn't make an actual 🙂 on the other hand… How could it possibly?
