Well basically i have alot of experience, but not actually "work" experience. im not sure what to write down... but im pretty sure i can do what they want if its fixing software\hardware problems. most problems will include "my internet isnt working" to "why can i not find hte accounts window in outlook?" heres a description... im not sure what i should stress in what i know for the job. i really want this job as it should be quote "fun".
