I have a old SuperMicro SC750a case that was 2.01. I don't want to give it up and was wondering if I got the Atx 12v adapter to bring the psu up to 2.03 would that allow for the newer amd, p4 boards to be used. I could drill holes for the mb support if needed but didn't know if the everthing else would line up. Thanks for any info.

Hmm, I havent really been up to the latest ATX specs, but as I recall, the only revisions done in 2.1 were to add the P4 connectors and maybe some holes in the mobo mounting board for the P4 heatsinks. However, as far as I know, the latter aren't really all that important, as most P4 heatsinks clip to the mobo itself. I could be wrong though.

Okay, Look here. That gives all the required specs for an ATX 2.1 case. Seems it only adds the P4 connectors (which cna be accomplished with a new PSU) along with some other minor amendments.

I just found that my psu is lacking on the 5vsb. Oh well, will have to get a new psu. Might as well get a new case also. Thanks, Sorry for the double.
