trying to get to the bottom of power kernel error 41

i have ran memtest 86 and it came back with nothing. all my devices are up to date with there drivers. i check my psu and its fine. i really dont know whats going on here or even to to get to the root bottom of it. any help would be greatly appreciated . thank you guys
