Trying to get an I/O shield for a Neo2 Plat (AMD)

I've tried calling my local MSI many times and they are always busy and they kick you from waiting after 3 periods of (thank you for calling, next rep will be with you shortly) anyone know where i can get one from the net or something? MSI is a joke when it comes to support.

hang in there. i went through the same thing. i may have finally called sales dept... which transfered me to tech, but i finally talked to someone and they shipped me one out no probs and no charge.

MSI is a joke, i've been trying to get ahold of tech support for an hr, and each time they kick you you have to wait in line again.... I hope MSI rotts in hell.
