Trying to find some intense circuit training routines...

I've recently found new love for Circuit training. One muscle group exercise to the next, lots of core work, body weight exercises, etc.

I've tried googling and I've found a few sources that really didn't help me all that much, I'd love to get some info from people who have tried them and could have some useful feedback, not just sponsored spokesman talk designed to get me to buy a pre-workout or suscribe to a magazine (looking at you, mens health.)

TL;DR - Recommend some circuit training sources. Prefer to workout as many days of the week as possible, outside, inside, I have access to a full gym.

I know about Crossfit and would like to do it but my gym lacks some of the stuff to do all the workouts (room to do a handstand walk for 40 feet like one WOD suggested) plus, I'm having difficulty finding the WODs.

Crossfit lists one workout per day. Just scroll down the mainpage and read them. If you lack equipment, there are substitutions available for many of the exercises. There is also a PDF of all bodyweight and minimal equipment Crossfit workouts you can check out.

I'm experimenting with HIT training, so while this workout below is meant to be done in HIT style (1 set to all out failure) it could also be done as a circuit. You may want to cut out the fluff like lateral raises/preacher curls etc if you do decide to try it. That'd be a damn long round...

Bench Press
Pushups
Squats
Leg Extensions
Leg Curl
Nautilus Pullover
Nautilus Row
Overhead Press
Nautilus Curl
Nautilus Lateral Raise
Nautilus Preacher Curl
Pull-ups
Dips
Tricep Press Downs
