Trying to export contacts out of AOL.com email

I am having a hard time figuring out how to export my email contacts from my AOL account, i dont use the AOL software, i only use AOL.com to still check my email but i want to fully convert to my personal email in which i use Outlook Express, can anyone help me?

who knows...things like that I try not to remember...


even if I did it probably involved some convoluted 30 step import-export orgy between half a dozen crappy apps.
