Trying to export a MPEG4 itunes song to widows movie maker...

Does anyone have any help for me? I tried some stuff but i can't figure it out... I could change it to mp3 or something, but i need a converter.

use itunes if it's not protected. if it is, then burn to a cd then import to mp3 format. Itunes has all the options.
