Trying to expand past a Linksys/Cisco RV082

Here is my situation.

I have a few site to site VPN tunnels through the RV082 using 3DES & load balancing on 2 DSL lines for an office.

Currently we need to upgrade to support a few SSL site to site VPNs. I've looked at a few cisco 500 & 800 products but I'm not really sure if they would handle everything I need.

I've also debating breaking up the VPN & routing solution into 2 boxes but it starts to get pricey.

So I'm looking for something that can handle 2 maybe even 3 WAN connections, some amount of load balancing or atleast allow me to assign all traffic from 1 WAN to an internal address. Along with SSL VPN support and 3DES with some form of access list control. That's under $1000.
