I bought some ticket vouchers from groupon. But i need to print them out.
The problem is there's graphics that i don't need or want to print. It will just eat up ink and no reason. I just need the lettering, number and the barcode.
In pdf format i can't seem to find a way to just to print out enough for what i need.
Is there a program or something in the pdf file i can edit out the color graphic portion?

Thanks.

There's no way that I'm aware of to edit out graphics from within Adobe Reader. You could try highlighting just what you want to print and then on the print window select Print Selection. However the highlighting process would probably select some of the graphics as well.

The easiest way to print just the text info you need is to copy and paste it into a WordPad or Notepad document and print that document.

I know Foxit reader can do something similar. I can tell it to print current view. If I zoom, it will only print the portion that shows in the visible window. I don't see the ability to select what exact portions I can print, but it may be in there.

I tried copying it and paste, but i'm not sure if i need the barcode.
I'll try the foxit since i'm use firefox browser. Hopefully it will work.

can't seem to get the foxit reader through firefox add ons. Or is it a firefox add on?

Using foxit reader, i click on snapshot, highlight the area i only want. Then click on "from clipboard", and print it.
I don't know if there is another way but it was a pain in the ass trying to figure it out.
I was happy it worked. Saved me some colored ink.

Why don't you tell us how you did it.
