Trying to decide whether to up my DSL bandwidth, need opinions.

I'm on cable and I've had no problems viewing the pages

bandwidth unrelated:

do i have to scroll down to get to page 2? and do it again to get to 3??

(i.e.the links are at the bottom of the page, not top & bottom, you're makin me look at all the ppl doing better than me!)
