Trying to decide if I need a new case...

Just last night, I ordered the following components for my new system:

A64 3000+ 90nm
Asus A8V Deluxe Rev2
OCZ PC3200 Plat Rev2 2x512
Zalman CNPS-7000 Cu
OCZ PowerStream 520W

I will be overclocking it, and hope to reach the same 2.6GHz that AT hit in their recent review of the new 90nm chips. I'm now looking at my case, trying to decide if I need to upgrade it. My hurking steel Fong Kai 320 ATX has served my old 1GHz P3 system well, but I'm wondering if it will keep my new system cool enough for the overclocking I plan to do. It currently only has one exhaust fan in the back, though there's space to add a 120mm intake in the front. Has anyone had experience with this case, as far as its cooling goes? Would I be all right keeping it, if I added the front intake fan?

I'm also a bit worried about fitting the PowerStream 520W in - at the moment, it's still got its stock 300W PSU, and the backplate doesn't have the nice big rectangular cutout for the power supply that I've seen in other, more recent cases. All it has are two smaller cutouts that fit around the exhaust fan, and the power switch/voltage selector. I'm a little worried that these might not accommodate the PowerStream 520W properly.

As far as a new case, I've got my eye on the CoolerMaster Praetorian - looks very nice, for $113.99 shipped, from NewEgg. If anyone has suggestions for other cases, I would prefer one without a stock PSU - why pay extra for one, if I'm just going to replace it anyway? I'm a bit low on funds at the moment, having just shelled out $700+ for the above components, but I could probably scrape together enough for the Praetorian, if you guys think it necessary to replace my Fong Kai.

Any input would be appreciated.
