First post, so please be gentle. :) I appreciate any help you could offer.

I just got a P4 530J (socket 775, 800mhz fsb) and need a new motherboard to upgrade with.

I won't be gaming or overclocking so I don't need anything too fancy, and I'd like to keep the budget in the neighborhood of $100 or less (though I can stretch that a little.)

I have Mushkin dual-channel (2x512) RAM, so I need dual-channel support. It has to have AGP and plenty of pci slots for my old expansion cards that will move to the new system (no need for pci express.) SATA RAID would be a big plus.

Any good value boards that come to mind? Thanks!

Trying again... is there a motherboard out there that would meet these requirements? Everything I've found seems to be a 915 or 925 chipset, with PCI-E slots, and only one or two regular old PCIs.

Thanks.

Thank you both... I'm off to check them out right now. For some reason I thought I had to have the 915 or 925 chipsets, that's what kept coming up at motherboards.org.

Appreciate your help. :)

Well, I just purchased the Abit AS8 from ZipZoomFly.com (NewEgg was out of stock, unfortunately.) Hope to have it by Friday w/ their 2nd day FedEx. We'll see how it goes!

Thanks again for your help, alrox and jbh!
