Trying to calculate the value of this domain name

I own TextMyOrder.com - someone is offering me $100 for it. While part of me wants to just let it go for the $100 and be glad I took it, the other part of me is just saying "bah, for $100, it's a good name I should keep it".

While an idea with this name could completely flop, there is also the possibility of making orders (pizza, chinese food, flowers, etc.) via text message becoming more common, and perhaps the demand for the name might increase.

Thoughts?

It's worth whatever someone will pay for it.

I've tried to sell luckielove.com for most of this year without success. was hoping to get some money from that failed project

Undeveloped the name isn't worth more than reg fee. If you have interested an interested buyer offering $100 take it and run, maybe try to deal and get a few extra bucks out of the name if you can. Other option if you have had multiple buyers interested is to throw it up on sedo and see what you get for it.

Wow, it has my makeadecision.com at over $1000 though. Neat!

Automated website cost evaluators blow. If you want to know what a site will get on the actual market it's 10-12 multiplied the monthly revenue; then add on any extra if you have a premium domain, strong content or something else special.
