trying to add contacts to Rogers My 10

I got a new phone and the plan has My 10 but I can't figure out how to add them? It's a Xperia Arc

Could you post the url for the website?
By app do you mean "My Account" app? I try it and it keeps saying the service is temporary unavailable.

Make sure your not using wifi when your trying to use the app. Www.Rogers.com is the website, on the right side you can login our make an account where you can change your my10 view your bill etcetc

Turns out I have a buissness account and I can't add My 10 on www.rogers.com
I couldn't add it with the app because my reception was being blocked.
If you don't have good enough reception to make phone calls that also means the data can't go through?
