Trying To Access A User's Program Files Folder On Network

Hello everybody, I have a network that is setup with 1 wired PC (Mine) and 4 wireless PC's & Laptops. We are all using Windows XP SP2. We are all using Zone Alarm as well and are able to see each other and access each other's drives and files, except for things in the Program Files, Windows, and the Documents and Settings\"Username" folders. I know Windows won't allow you for some reason (Win2K allowed you to though). Before it didn't really bother me, I didn't really need to go through my family's program files folder, but now I do. Everyone has all there stuff directed into program files cause they don't know how to install otherwise. I know I can make 100 share folders, but I really do not want to do that. Is there a way that I can set myself as network administrator to access everyone's stuff? Or like do some weird things like this for instance:

batch these files and run them through dos:
cacls.exe "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Documents" /T /G BUILTIN\Administrators:F
cacls.exe "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Documents" /T /E /G System:F

cacls.exe "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Documents" /T /E /G "BUILTIN\Power Users":C

I still can't access, I thought I was able to become a power user, but didn't do anything really. Actually people can't see me now after I did these commands. Can anyone also let me know how I can cancel everything I did on top? Most importantly though, I just want to be able to access everyone's Program Files Folder. Please help, thanks!

Create a user account on each computer with the same user name and password as the one that you use on your PC. Make that account an administrator (or give the account permissions to the folders that you need). This will allow you to view the protected folders on the network.
