Yes, that's what it says in the rules.... but.... this is what it says on the level 8 page:

LEVEL 8

Level 8 and up are currently out of service, try again later!

And on the main page, they only mention having levels 1-7 up... as of May 25th, the last level that they put up was level 7.

If you're still stuck on level 6, a friend recommended me a program called Iris.

I haven't tried it myself so I don't know if it'll work, but it does present interesting possibilities.
 
I don't suppose you'd be willing to provide a link to iris? I googled it, but came up with a bunch of none-related sites...

even better an IDS
(as I said before)
when I tried to runthe vb prog of level 6, my IDS detected weird network traffic and emailed me the solution :|

Hehe, I was doing this in school but the comps don't have flash and I ran outta system memory when i tried to get it. I just started it and I'm on level 4.

Levels one, two and three were a piece of cake. Four looks to be the same way.

(I woulda thought ATFers would be better at this game 😉)

Ruiner.. decompiling helps you find that file though. Anways, going to bust out my vb books for lvl 5. I know how to solve it. just gotta peice it together now.

Any tips for level 5? I have the code in front of me but the piece code that supposedly "gives it away" doesn't work.

yeah, level 8 is down, as far as I know... their front page only mentions up to level 7 being up
