Theme 11 - OMG I used to watch that show as a kid...dammit...what Gnomes were these? The ones with the big pointy hats (cartoon came on Canadian public television...think it was imported from Norway or something!) Main gnome had a red tall pointy hat and looked like average garden gnome...

my guess is 'The Gnomes' EDIT: its 'David the Gnome'!!!
