Trump might be a lot of things, but he's abstained from any alcohol, drug use, or smoking for his entire life, after losing his brother to alcoholism. He's always worked to instill in his children the same practices. I don't recall every reading about any of them being arrested for any drug or alcohol related offenses. So, if you have a case you can prove, to the contrary, please post where I can read it.

You're right, I've heard Trump say he's only had a few sips of champagne or wine in his life at weddings or for toasts. His kids seem kind of self centered like him but they definitely are not useless pieces of shit. I also agree the who article is pretty speculative and is just preying on the Trump doesn't respect women narrative.

Most people living in cities would probably be shocked that there is in fact, like, 3.8 million more square miles of the US.

Considering nobody is able to afford rents in large cities household formation is low for the next generation in those areas. So the balance of power will swing back to heartland america where people actually have disposable income instead of 30% of the median household income being below the median rent like it is pretty much in every urban city these days. That wasn't always the case.

Cities are beyond screwed with the current rents. It doesn't even matter who wins the election but it does show who is aligned with whom. Stay away from anything aligned with high-rent cities.

So for example, the drought WILL force people out of California and the only way its going to do that is by monetarily forcing people out. The high water bills will slowly but surely creep into every facet of the already high COL.

Rural depopulation will not reverse foreseeably in our lifetimes. 2nd and 3rd tier cities will suck up some of the growth from the metros that have become too expensive which is already happening.

Most of California's water issues are caused by AG and they will only be able to stave off a reckoning for so long. That won't much affect people living in SD, LA, or SF.
