Wondering how can a guy who claims to be a serious germaphobe have unprotected sex with porn stars?

Either its all made up so he can avoid contact with people he thinks are riff-raff. or this guy is so seriously fucked up in the head his ego can override the germaphobia

One of the howard stern interviews talks about him making girls get std tests first.

If lady liberty could speak I would imagine that she'd want him to do the same thing after the screwing he's given everyone around him.

Did that include the girls he sexually harassed? How does that work? Hey I want to grab you by your pussy against your will but I will need medical verification that you are clean first. LoL!

An IRS lawyer brought up a great point. Did Cohen issue a 1099 for the payment and whose name and SS# was on it. Cohen may have some tax problems coming.

I know men around Trump's age and none of them have porn stars falling all over them.

Maybe you missed the title of the thread? He's paying them a boatload of money to be with him, so much that his attorney needs to hide said cash. That's not exactly porn stars falling all over him, lol.

I was under the impression fines for not issuing a 1099 are minimal. Its the person that receives the money that is obligated to report it and gets in the big trouble if they don't. As a contractor roughly half my income comes from homeowners the other half from general contractors. Homeowners don't have to issue 1099s obviously but I'm required to report it. Same goes for income from other businesses, half of them don't issue me 1099s even though they are supposed to but I'm still obligated to report the income regardless. Actually this year oddly enough I only got two 1099s when I worked for multiple companies that got w9s from me.

I'm not aware of any tiered levels depending on the amount for not issuing a 1099. Its one of those things the more money you move at once the harder it is to hide anyway.

I was just going by what I interpreted the tax lawyer was saying, maybe I got it wrong. But he seemed to think something possibly could lead to IRS troubles, not that it would for sure.

Just looked it up straight from the IRS $530 fine, used to be $250. The lawyer was probably alluding more to if he issued it to an entity or person he shouldn't have for some reason.

Is there any requirement to show what the payment is for?

Intentional Disregard $250 per return/
No limitation $520 per return/
No limitation $530 per return/
No limitation $530 per return/
No limitation
Note: Increased penalty amounts may apply for certain failures in the case of intentional disregard.
See IRC 6721(e)(2) and IRC 6722(e)(2).

I missed the note at the bottom maybe this is one of those certain failures.

I just know I've not sent 1099s a few times and I know a lot of other people don't issue them either never heard of anyone actually getting in trouble for it.

Even more news coming to light on this Stormy front: WaPo

The 2016 election was less than a month away, and Donald Trump’s attorney had blown the deadline for paying Stormy Daniels to keep quiet about her alleged affair with the future president.

In an Oct. 17 email, an attorney for Daniels — a porn star whose real name is Stephanie Clifford — threatened to cancel the nondisclosure agreement by the end of the day.

That very morning, Trump’s attorney, Michael Cohen, had created a limited liability company, public records show, that ultimately would serve as a vehicle for Daniels’s payoff. But the money had not arrived. A second email to Cohen, a short time after the first, said Daniels was calling the deal off.

“Please be advised that my client deems her settlement agreement canceled and void,” Daniels’s lawyer, Keith Davidson, wrote in the email, which The Washington Post obtained.

Ten days later, the $130,000 payment arrived, according to another email reviewed by The Post. Daniels’s story about her sexual encounter with Trump a decade earlier would remain under wraps long past Election Day.

I wonder if anyone actually believed he paid out of his own pocket. I could see something stupid like trump using campaign funds for something like this be what brings him down.

When did blackmail become a "non-disclosure agreement"? Also, did Trump's crack lawyer get out-lawyered by a pornstar?
