Trump eats nothing but fast food. The guy is 70. He's at that age where he could have a massive heart attack. About 150lbs over weight and I can only imagine what his sugar and salt intake are like. Heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes anyone? Add the fact that being POTUS is about the most stressful job that anyone can have, and you have a recipe for disaster. Just look at Obama. Perfect health. About 25 years younger than Trump and exercises daily. Yet, he aged pretty badly. The same with Bush Jr. Runs weekly and watches what he eats. Yet, he aged quickly.

So, will Trump last the 4 years? Or, will his diet and lack of exercise do him in?

OP said "Obama. Perfect health." This is a forum of science and facts... smoking, in any amount, has a lasting and measurable impact on your health.
And so what does that have to do with Trump's health that we don't really know much about at all?

If you want to quibble over unrelated details, that's cool.

150 lbs overweight? Where are you getting that from? If he's truly 6'3", that would put him over 300 lbs, and I don't think he's that heavy. I'd probably guess him more around the 250 mark.

He made it related to his argument, but saying how quickly the presidency aged Obama and what that could mean for Trump. Smoking causes aging, so trying to relate Trump to Obama when they have completely different health backgrounds is a pretty suspect argument.

As for Trump. It's pretty safe to assume he is a highly sexed individual. People who have frequent sex are shown to live longer. So that's a point in the positive column.

Cardiac disease is easy to catch if it's present. I would assume Presidents have their physical (maybe mental :D ) health constantly monitored and heart disease would be up there on the list with how old they tend to be. If Trump has any buildup present, his physicians are quite likely already well aware of it. A nuclear stress test can be done in about 6 hours. Two 15 minute scans, one at rest and one at stress, with a break in between. If there is still any suspicion you can do a catheterization in an afternoon and that will catch anything on the tiny chance of the stress test lacking efficacy.

Perhaps simple rot of the brain could be a risk factor though :D

Are you sure he's highly sexualized? Maybe about 10 years ago. But now? Hmm...

From looking at Trump and comparing him to people around him I believe he's more likely 6'1" to 6'2" instead of 6'3". I based this also on his shown tendency to overinflate ... everything. So I figure he claims his height slightly above his true height. That would put him about perfectly in line with my height. The top weight I've ever reached was 263 lbs. From looking at Trump I would say he is at a weight higher than the top weight I hit. He tries to hide it with clothes, but from experience I feel he is likely around 280. I am currently at a fairly muscular 212, dropped as low as 199 before I started building muscle more. At 199 I was still overweight, at 212 with muscle I am still overweight. So judging from personal experience with my own body, I feel Trump is probably about 100 lbs overweight. I should also note I am about half Trump's age at 36.
