Some did some didn’t. Apparently they had bags of a mixture of things for cabinet members but other people were also picking them up and some members were asking to hook up non members. There was basically no oversight and poor enforcement of policy and regulations.

Please don't tell us you are honestly ignoring the fact that he's currently running the senate and the house and the entire Republican party despite not being an elected representative, speaker, whip, senator, senate whip, or leader of the senate. If anything it shows how much of a control freak he is and his need to dominate and bend all to his will!

See, you got that wrong... What he meant to say was, everyone but Trump should be held accountable to the highest degree. It's the usual extreme clowns trope. That's basically how the Trump admin. ran things for the insiders in his circle. Small wonder so many of them got convicted while being his surrogates and sycophant beggars. And this drug issue to me is just the tip 'o the shit covered Trump flagged iceberg. Things were really bad out in the open so just imagine how things were so out of hand on the inside given how fast and loose Trump was with any law, rule or regulation that stifled his style of regal authoritarianism.
 
Sounds about right for The Candyman, who I've long felt was a drug abuser himself. His descent into maga and disrespect towards President Obama had an unstable, junkie quality to it.
