Attempt at translation - So he's asking the Fed to just go by intuition instead of solid research. He doesn't understand it's not the Fed's job to make money. Their job is to control economic hemorrhage as much as possible. Then there is the general obliviousness inherent in a POTUS broadcasting the message, "Hey Fed, did ya read the paper and watch Fox News this morning? That should guide your national policy decision.
