They have thousands of such seminars going on right now in Hotels all across the country. The only reason anyone suddenly cares is because its Trump. There isn't a whole lot to be educated about.

You're right that he real estate seminar/training/university special knowledge magic formula scheme is well honed & widely practiced, generally by charlatans skirting right down the ragged edge of the law. Pre construction down payments on dream condos are peddled in the same way.

Even if we grant that chumps are the rightful prey of con men that doesn't mean we want a con man for president.
