The point is that a conversation with someone who can't acknowledge 1000x differences is entirely futile. They have no connection to reality which is necessary to meaningfully process thoughts.

I generally tend to side with LK. He often gets into fights with the crazies. You a crazy? :p

The best term is probably https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Machiavellianism.

BTW when he wrote the prince he never did get his big leadership job.

You're talking to a guy who thought the audio recordings that showed Trump's campaign manager had grabbed that reporter were fabricated as part of a wide ranging conspiracy to get Trump in trouble. We aren't exactly talking about someone with a strong grip on logic when it comes to Trump.

You tell 'em, billy badass!

AFAIK it was never an accredited university correct? It was ineligible for federal student loans. Its like complaining about paying $800 for Kaplan books which are at the For-Dummies level. They also hire alot of grad students and such as the teachers.

People believed that they were getting The Donald's special wisdom. For example the ads said that he hand picked each of the teachers, giving the impression that they shared this special wisdom. In fact, none of them had any sort of real estate experience worth mentioning.

Trump knew that people would buy into life coach type of course or courses. He probably took someone like Tony Robbins as his model and figured he was just as good a salesman as TR. And it turns out that he was, as long as you don't object to misleading and fraudulent ads.

Like overvolt suddenly showed up to be educated on what actually happened.

They have thousands of such seminars going on right now in Hotels all across the country. The only reason anyone suddenly cares is because its Trump. There isn't a whole lot to be educated about.

Especially if you don't read the link. That makes it incredibly easy to remain not only uneducated about it, but allows you to retain some smugness about it.
And for the record, it's not 'suddenly'. It's been going on for ~10 years
Since you won't read the link, I'll show a highlight from it
Trump University was formed in late 2004 and originally focused on web-based seminars and CD-ROMs. In May 2005 the New York Education Department notified Trump U that it was operating without a license and its use of the term “university” violated state law. The program, run directly out of the Trump Organization offices, pledged to move its headquarters out of New York, according to the New York AG’s complaint.

But it didn’t, according to the AG. It stayed and, in fact, used the Trump Organization’s “40 Wall Street” address in many of its promotional materials—apparently to underscore to students that they were now playing in the big leagues, Schneiderman and the plaintiffs contend. (Only five years later, in May 2010—after receiving a cease-and-desist letter from AG Schneiderman’s office—did the program finally change its name to Trump Entrepreneur Initiative. A few months after that, it ceased operations.)

But the AG was probably a Jew and had a bias, right?

I read it and didn't care mostly. Though its interesting the excerpts you thought were most damning.

nope, not the most damming, just showing that it wasn't sudden, please don't put words in my mouth. I said I would show you a highlight of it. Not the most egregious offenses

and spin and turn and turn and spin.. good little drumpfbot.

Bolded the part that personifies the typical drumpf voter/supporter. How fucking pathetic.

Do you think Trump University encouraging its students to commit fraud is a big deal? Do you think claiming you will hand pick instructors and instead grab a bunch of people who just declared bankruptcy due to bad real estate investments is an open and honest dealing?

Like Hillaries open and honest dealing with the coal industry? Just on a much larger scale. ANR was the largest American Coal company in the Northeast and is now a penny stock.

6,000 people were dumb enough to sign up and now Trump University is getting the bejesus sued out of them and deservedly so. Big deal.
