Robots or China, Trump Trash is going to be screwed one way or another.
Wages as percent of economy has gone down since the 70s while productivity has increased.

Robots and China are not the reason.

The reason is that our political class are either part of the upper class or work for them exclusively. And the upper class, to quote George Carlin, doesn't care about you*

*beyond spending enough time figuring out how to con you to keep their posh lifestyles afloat

But, globalization does make the concept of nations increasingly droll. They're so vastly important to the plebs, of course. Let's pledge allegiance to a piece of cloth and all. SUPPORT THE TROOPS! But, for the rich... if the cost/benefit ratio of renouncing citizenship (and/or taking wealth overseas, and/or dodging domestic taxation) is good enough then nationalism is a bit different for them.

Why do you even post here? You have nothing interesting to say anyway, even if you weren't legally irrelevant to the country and an idiot. So why are you here? Job hunt got you down?

Don't worry, I'm sure those oil companies will need a few more trash employees to lift boxes and turn wrenches soon. You'll be back in a double-wide in no time.
My job hunt is non existent because I'm gainfully employed and have been since the day I got out of prison 15 years ago. Please concern yourself on fixing you. This internet bickering is the last thing you should be worried about. I used to be just like you. Until I actually got a clue. I have no interest in stooping to the level you're currently at. Its time to grow up.

Productivity per worker increased, but in many cases it's not because the workers are doing more complicated tasks and deserve to make more, but because robots are doing more tasks.

So the gains of that productivity rightfully go to the people designing, programming, and paying for those robots.
Trump Trash keeps voting for the political class that screws them, no more sympathy from me.
