I think this is an important point. The Trumpkins don’t care if you hate Trump (they like it!) but I bet they do care if everyone is laughing at him.

He has a weird view of exercise, he believe the human body is like a battery and this cannot be fully recharged. Doing strenuous stuff like big workouts or heavy labor just depletes your body of energy or life. Which will lead to an early death.
Strange concept but it does appear to work for him. Given his age is is not in that poor of shape. Arguably he is in better shape than the majority of his peers.
