In case you are not aware of it, he US is fucked up in many more ways than that. I do ,however, believe that the values I learned as a brainwashed American regarding American virtue plus all the idealismI learned watching Superman I would put in a plus basket. They spring from a natural decency I believe comes from the same place that inspired the saying we are created in God’s image.
