Given the question he's been asking I've been responding 100% spot-on. The President has NOTHING to do with proposing, repealing, or ratifying Constitutional Amendments. Even if she wants to repeal the 2nd Amendment she still has to ask Congress and the state legislatures to do it.

Trump, unlike you, understood that the 2nd amendment could effectively be abolished if Clinton were to nominate supreme court justices that view the 2nd as it had been interpreted for 100+ years before the Heller decision. You apparently think that the only way to abolish the 2nd is by an amendment to the constitution.

So now after being educated on how our government works and the power the president has, I'm curious as to what Clinton or the judges she picks have to worry about that only the "2nd amendmenters" can fix?
