Apparently in May his campaign spent more money renting out Trump's resort than it did paying campaign staff.

This guy is really taking the conservative grifter thing to the next level.

Got one better.

lemme help you with that conundrum, conner.

Well you can only order so many bottles of Trump champagne and rent so many rooms from Trump hotels. If Trump actually owned a major tv network then he might put more money into his campaign (to buy ads from his own network). But all in all this is a good thing. For him to be neck and neck with a giant corporate cash machine is an accomplishment all in itself. But it begs the question... why do people vote for the corporate cash cow candidate in the first place? Oh yeah.... FREE STUFF!

neck and neck? um... no.

Neck and neck? Depending on when precisely you look at it Obama was beating Romney by about 2-3 points at this time. Hillary is winning by a margin at least around twice as large. This is more akin to 2008 Obama vs. McCain, which was kind of a blowout.

Trump has a mountain to climb, no doubt about it. Cash isn't going to be an issue, that I assure you. He's declined donations. But the American voter WILL be a problem. Frankly people vote with their heads up their ass and wonder why the government is so screwed up. Think about it. Clinton has a good chance of being the next Commander in Chief with all the pomp & circumstance that surrounds the highest executive office in the union. And yet she is being investigated by the FBI, and not only has she lied about having classified E-mails on her nefarious server, but has blood on her hand with the "what difference does it make" BS to the victims of Benghazi. Mean while, poser Indian woman Elizabeth warren might be vice President and to top it off you would have first man who was impeached for...guess what? Lying under oath. America, fuck yeah!

But in typical P & Peckerhead fashion Trump's the liar, he's the shill and he's the charlatan. Just what the hell are you smoking?

Now why can't the majority see what's happening in Venezuela and Greece? It's gonna happen here folks. All those over-burden regulations and high taxes only amount to few and fewer jobs. Yet time and time again the American voter pisses away their one God-given vote that was fought and bleed for to elect someone that isn't deserving to hold the power of the President, to ride around Marine One to Andrews. To ride around in Air Force One, to place the wreath at the tomb of the unknown solider, etc, etc, etc.

Who should lead this country? Someone who's built an empire, is a successful businessman man who can pave the way to job creation or someone who will just continue the stagnated economy with a 1 job created for every 8,000? I really don't want to see Obama part II.

That's my peace. Feel free to quote crap.

Small wonder why Trump loves the poorly educated.

i'll just point out this one part of your la la land.

Trump has caused a PGA tour event to move to Mexico from Florida and dozens of major sponsors have abandoned the GOP convention. Trump's campaign has created fewer than 100 jobs while Hillary's has created over 800 and the money flow of the two campaigns can not even be compared. Trump is running what will go down as the biggest joke and failure of any presidential campaign.

the joke is on you and your ilk, when that buyer's remorse kicks in, let us know.

How has he created job in the US? He brings in foreigners to work at his resorts and wants to be able to bring more. You're ignorant and sad.

Uh... no... he isn't! All he has is a house of cards, no money!

If he DID have the money, why is he so desperately trying to raise some?
He doesn't have enough money of his own to run a campaign. He NEEDS the money!
WHY won't he release his tax returns? Perhaps he doesn't want you to know that he is nothing but a HOUSE OF CARDS with NO MONEY!

If I were Trump I know I wouldn't want to blow any substantial chunk of my personal fortune on an election that I'm all but certainly doomed to lose.

This entire time Trump has been spending a small fraction of what Hillary (and Bernie) spent, he just lets the media do most of his campaigning for him.

For a guy who built himself on being the greatest at whatever he does, he's running his campaign shockingly bad.

If all the racism doesn't destroy his brand, stunning incompetence will.

Eh, that's been destroying his "brand" for decades anyway. I can't even think of one successful brand-attached venture coming from Trump.

Well, when you have Google, Apple, Microsoft, the media up to and including ESPN, what do you expect? The 21st century in this country is full of progressive sheep and crabs. That is the power the likes of which Nazi Germany had at one point. i.e Socialism.

I'm not ignorant and sad. Actually, my sword is high and I'm a leader. No, trump employes are very broad range of people. It's you that is ignorant.

Sooo... Less than 80 Million?

HAHAHAHA **takes breath** HAHAHAHAHA

Honestly, I would be surprised if the Don had 80 million cash to spend.

Recall that he has been taking loans from himself and paying himself back through donations.

Does that strike you as the behavior of someone with cash to spend...or is it just something that you'd rather not think about with any sort of critical thought?
