In a Facebook post, the presumptive GOP nominee attributed the decision to the newspaper's "incredibly inaccurate coverage" of him.

The Post's executive editor Marty Baron responded:

"Donald Trump's decision to revoke The Washington Post's press credentials is nothing less than a repudiation of the role of a free and independent press. When coverage doesn't correspond to what the candidate wants it to be, then a news organization is banished. The Post will continue to cover Donald Trump as it has all along -- honorably, honestly, accurately, energetically, and unflinchingly. We're proud of our coverage, and we're going to keep at it."

Your potential POTUS, folks. I bet he'd react so much better if he actually got the big chair.

It's rather remarkable how insecure Trump is. If you look at his tweets, it seems like he's mostly watching TV and praising people who compliment him and trashing anyone critical, like some kind of teenage girl. Get too negative about him and he cuts you off, predictably.

Looks like the best way for foreign leaders or whoever to deal with him is to talk about how smart & great he is and take advantage of that egotistical weakness.

Perfect comparison.

Do you have any links to this? I cannot find a single other source other than WND.com. Seems like this would be a bigger story if its true.

It's pretty much a perfect description. I remember when Deadspin broke the whole Manti T'eo thing. Trump congratulated them on Twitter for breaking a big story and they responded (hilariously) by telling him to go fuck himself. Immediately after that he went on a Twitter rant about how badly Deadspin sucks, the exact people he was praising a few minutes before.

I call him "Little Finger." ^^ Though that is an obvious insult to the actual Little Finger and his intellect.

It's getting increasingly difficult to justify supporting Trump. If this doesn't demonstrate his retarded emotional development, I don't know what else could.

WaPo apparently "adjusted" the headline. This is more egregious than trump's latest, albeit calculated, tantrum.

Nevertheless, trump has been infinitely more accessible than clinton and opens himself to questioning from the right, the left and everywhere in between. Does anyone have the stones to proclaim otherwise?

When you have no intentions of answering difficult questions, it isn't hard to be "open" to being questioned.

Most of the media tends to be pretty soft, in order to ensure continued access. When things get hard, like with Megan Kelly, he cuts them off until they agree to softball him again.

That is good if want the press/media to be soft on Trump, but rather contradictory to the tough guy image a lot of these folks strive to make.

Its worth noting that even Richard Nixon didn't do this to the Washington Post even during the middle of the Watergate Scandal...
