I don't know if you are capable of recognizing common sense.

Because if you are capable of recognizing common sense you would see the logical fallacy of hasty generalization inherent in the advertisement. It is wrong to conclude that based on a single man (murderer) that the rest of the people immigrating to the US are bad (caravan)

If you are capable of recognizing common sense then you would also be able to recognize that the argument from the ad (and from Trump) that Democrats want to bring in murderers is simply magical (delusional) thinking. No one wants to bring in murders into the US.

I don't think you are this ignorant/stupid. I think you are purposefully obtuse and arguing the illogical. I think you are doing so for very dubious reasons.

you should explain yourself or stop posting. Your post above is an example of yet more fallacious reasoning. Your wishful thinking that democrats don't want to vet and secure our borders is fallacious. I don't know of a single American (democrat/republican) that fits into your narrative of wishful thinking.

Finally, if the left is crying racism, i think it is based on pretty sound evidence up to this point. There is no immigration emergency, it is a ginned up issue coming from the racist right. Nothing that is happening right now on our southern borders is new. This has all happened before, people have a right to go to our borders and request asylum. And the process takes over from there.
he had his common sense surgically removed.

Strongman Trump can change the Constitution with an executive order according to strongman Trump.
But i thought the Constitution is a "living document" ? Open to interpretation and changes in regulations? Isn't that what you and other progressives constantly say about the 2nd Amendment? :D

Let the Court adjudicate it.

Sheesh dude. I never said blacks needed to go back to Africa or anything remotely close. I have no problem accepting a colored person as is done in high skill oriented countries like Canada. You're arguing bullshit.

If this triggers you so much, why don't you help those groups out by living in places like Detroit?

Again, what does this have to do with equality? It's disingenuous to use the "native population" as the baseline. It's better to use the majority white population. We all know some groups do significantly worse here in the US.
Haha thats silly.

Lets use rich upper class Americans as the baseline.

Sorry, not silly, flat out stupid. Or something else...whats that word again...ah yes, racist.

The word "apple" is open to interpretation...if youre an idiot. Just like the 14th.

The 2nd on the other hand is more like a homonym...

No idea who or what that is and how that is relevant to this thread.
racial dog-whistle ad put out by Bush senior to portray Democrats as weak, and enabling nonwhite killers

God forbid some democrat portray trump supporting terrorists as a specific group (white male) everyone needs protection from, thats true racism right there.

One day this evil dotard Trump will be out and I would love to see a national holiday to commemorate the exit of the worst person to hold the Office.

The current president is trying to stir up racial and nativist panic in order to prevent an investigation into his massive personal corruption.

At least in the modern era there has never been a worse president. Nixon was at least competent.

I'd argue he the worst in history. Never has one acted to bring down the nation and replace the Rule of Law with something he created in his own image.

I wouldn’t argue too hard against it. Buchanan is usually the gold standard for worst president but then again he also had a lot less power to fuck things up.

It would be hard to argue that Buchanan was evil. With Trump saying he can overrule the judiciary and with an EO change the meaning of the Constitution overnight? Evil may apply.

I can't wait for Tuesday.

I'm not sure, what do you think the Constitution says about illegal immigration?
The Constitution doesn't say anything about illegal immigration. Not one word. But it does say that the President cannot change the Constitution by executive order. It also says that all persons subject to the jurisdiction of the US government are protected by the rights guaranteed in the Constitution, specifically due process and equal protection of the laws.

Me too. I sincerely hope enough Americans are still willing to put country before party and recognize that restoring the rule of law and prosecuting the rampant corruption starts Tuesday.

We can’t count on Mueller to put the most important people in prison because of Trump’s pardon power. We are going to have to do that ourselves and like you I hope the next president and state AGs do not take the Obama ‘look forward’ position and go for prison time. (Although I fully expect Trump to attempt to pardon himself on the way out)

If Cuomo doesn't do some power play on the side with the Reps in DC, then NY may be able to put him and his family in prison. But I don't trust Cuomo and that time is too far away.

I'd pardon them all if they'd just GTFO of the White House.

Interesting I’ve never thought of a pardon on the way out.
I wonder if Pence would accept the Presidency in the final few days to issue a pardon? Highly theoretical question.
I wonder if Pence thinks he could possibly be a two term President.

Probably depends on how scared Trump is of prosecution. There's a decent case to be made that the President can't pardon himself but it does seem like a quick way around that would be for Trump to pardon Pence (if necessary) and then resign, allowing Pence to pardon Trump. I don't know if Pence would go for it considering it would be one of the most ignominious acts of corruption in US history and he wouldn't stand to gain much of anything personally from it, but it's possible.
