Why would he want to open himself up to more lawsuits? lol

The King of Fake News wants to make it easier for us to go after him. I dont think he has thought this one through.

Packing the court wouldn’t do much either. New York Times v. Sullivan set the malice standard back in the civil rights era when southern states were suing news organizations with great regularity. It’s been the standard for public figures ever since.
 
I think Obama has a legitimate case against Trump absent changes accusing him of wire-tappping his phones

I think that if it came to the SCOTUS, Gorsuch would be among the first to be against. The Founders would not want the Executive Branch to have the power to silence the right of speech and that is prohibited in the Constitution. The Founders sensibilities count with a great many Conservatives, although sadly many have thrown all principles into the toilet.

Would love it if he did change the libel laws and millions of citizens of the three shithole countries sued his ass off millions of times. We could actually end up with a lot of real rich Nigerian princes.

I like to believe trump is such a maniacal genius that his whole shtick has been one long con to expose the weaknesses in American politics and to expose the actors that are willing contributors (Republicans and their supporters), his plan is to show us the traitors among us.

When viewed in that context, trump is indeed the greatest president ever!
