I'm in the Trump camp at this point. Harris could change my mind, though it seems unlikely. I'll certainly listen once she starts talking.

Great question but I bet greenman gives no specifics or a general Harris is woke (which is replacement for n-word), illegal immigration (which is steadily dropping post covid now).

Can’t mention economy, stock market, gas prices, inflation now under control without recession or the fact he supports a criminal.

To be fair, DJT was a Democrat before he became a Republican. He's really more of a narcissist than any political label; and despite his generally shitty political instincts, he did figure out there are a LOT more gullible rubes who would vote for him as a Republican than otherwise.

One of the grand ironies of GOP voters is that white evangelicals rejected candidate Trump in 2015 because they could tell he wasn't one of them (non-urban, very religious, socially conservative). Sometime after January 2016, they decided he aligned with them better than the "woke mind virus," so now they are fervent, undying fans cultists.

I remember him making a name for himself on the right by pushing the birther movement about Obama. If what you say is true about the evangelicals then the only thing that changed or gained traction with them was his racism. I never thought of evangelicals as racist but it seems to be pretty obvious they are as nothing about trump represents anything the Bible teaches.

My biggest issue with inflation is the dumbass Americans especially on the right can’t distinguish or understand that inflation was a worldwide issue and not a Biden one. The dumbing of America is sad. They clutch their bibles and guns and wife beaters and slurps Fox News all day and night and question nothing about what they are observing.

Really doesn't look, from those bandage-free pictures, like a bullet wound. Seems to me to support the "flying glass/shrapnel theory". Though he's really pushing hard on the idea that it was a bullet wound (which makes me still more skeptical).

Holy hell, who cares what it was. Not saying that to anyone in particular, but everyone (media, Trump, the public).

A wacko shot at him, something related to the shot hit Trump. Whether it was a bullet or shrapnel doesn't change the fact he was lucky, and it doesn't make him more or less brave or cowardly. Without evidence to the contrary of the evidence we do have (bullet pic etc), there's no conspiracy either way.

If Trump wants to focus on this and on old guy Biden who isn't freaking running anymore, he can knock himself out while Harris chops him down like a fat old orange tree.

A) I would assume there would be hearing damage done to that ear
B) it would leave some sort of mark as in it wouldn’t magically regenerate itself

Trump was shot at, that is wrong. Trump handled being shot at better or at minimum cooler than 90% of us would.
I am going with the ear cut was from the secret service protecting him.

a} bullets don't make noise, the gun does. a gun shot near your ear could result in hearing damage, not a gun shot from hundreds of feet/yards away.

b) that point isn't wrong but it is also possible that Trump is the luckiest man alive and a bullet grazed his ear causing very little damage.
 
Pictures have emerged from the last day or two raising a question about whether he was hit at all, by anything. Ear shows no sign of injury. If you've ever had an injury that removed skin, you know how long it takes for all of the discoloration to vanish.
