Really? How many of the hard core left in this forum are not even from the country they're criticizing and how many are on the right? Just curious since you seem to think everyone knows.

Canadians are upfront about it to begin with, the concept of flushing them out is as stupid as most of your posts.

You think they are hiding or something ?

Sdifox has already talked about being Canadian a few times. It's only a secret if you haven't been paying attention.

Also, it's fairly telling that you have no answer to the accusations of ignorance, just childish prattle.

It's TajMahal, who doesn't know he named himself after a Muslim tomb, so I am not surprised.

Damn, did i flush out another Canadian? ehhh?

In the old fusetalk my city and province was shown right under my avatar. I guess you can be forgiven to no know I am Canadian if you never venture out of p&n and I haven't really posted much here til recent events.

Pretty sure I said I was Canadian back in 2005 when I joined.

What accusations of ignorance? I occasionally post links from various Canadian sources that in some small fashion tie into the discussions we have in ATP&N from the Civil War to Prime Minister Trudeau's political lies to details and criticism about their justice system. They get all Newfie about it and throw a fit, but everything i posted was Canadian and accurate. I also find it hilarious that the title of this thread has nothing to do with the subject of this thread, but here it is.
I pity you. I have great sympathy for you. I hope you get well soon.

And just to be clear, I accuse you of being grossly and wholly ignorant in the fullest possible definition of the word.

The multiple people who pointed out that you don't actually know more about Canada than the Canadians in this forum. You're pointing out stories that they're almost certainly aware of... but of course, without the context that a Canadian would have.

From what I understand, Trudeau didn't just win the leadership because he's a pretty boy with a good marketing campaign; he won because he was the antithesis to the autocratic, anti-scientific, bigoted Harper administration. It's like a preview of what the US can expect in 2020.

Amazing and when i point out to these Canadians just how ignorant they are of our politics, history and culture and that they don't have the same context that an American would have, they get all pissy about it. 2 sides of a different coin.

You're ignorant of US politics in general, get over it.

You don't need history politics or culture to know that Trump is a sex offender.

Ah yes. "Its not a crime if I don't get caught" mentality. Fundamental to the non-democratic.
How about if you are not convicted of a crime, you're not guilty of it. It's in our Bill of Rights. It's the 6th Amendment.

"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence."

In our country you can't just convict someone of a crime without proof or a trial.

Thank you very much for proving my earlier point.

Only in your world is a man admitting to criminally assualting women because he is rich and they will take it not crime.

Cut the legalese and grow a moral compass.

Sorry, but i've served drinks at a bachelorette party and had drinks watching football with a bunch of guys. I've heard the same or worse in both situations. Enough to know you're just blowing it out your ass.
