lol, this is going to be so interesting indeed (section 6 if the tweet dies)

I am not a lawyer, but I don't read the language the way the Tweet intro described it - this appears to only require advance notice to the court if one of the specific New York LLC entities covered by the case communicates with equity partners / lenders / etc. No disclosure required at all if there is no new communications or transfers out of the entities covered by the lawsuit.

I'm no lawyer either and really have no idea, LegalEagle seems to be explain it well (get's juicy at around 15:30)

Especially, when it comes to people of means meeting justice.
Most people of means are not so wanton in their disregard for norms and the law as the Trump family, particularly it's patriarch. Partly the problem is fame. Fame will fuck you up. Look what it did to DJT. From the get go he was drawn to Fame like a moth to the flame.

David Bowie's "Fame."

David Bowie's plastic soul-funk hit “Fame,” his first (and one of only two) American number one singles and a biting cautionary tale about success and excess in the entertainment business, was released on July 25th, 1975.

From what I understand ... Gag orders issued in one venue (DC Federal Court) are not binding on other venues (New York State (Supreme?) Court). DC Circuit Federal Judge Chutkan issued the gag order pertaining to her case alone. The civil court in New York handling AG Letitia James’s case has not issued one except as it pertains to the judge’s staff. AG James is not a member of the judge’s staff. She is not covered by his gag order. In fact, she has made clear that she expects Trump will continue to attack her, and that she will not be bullied or deterred from her task.

It pisses me off to no end that this POS Trump gets away with saying things that no ordinary defendant could say. There are a variety of reasons why Trump may be given a much longer rope on such things than your average defendant. The question is whether there is a point at which the rope will turn into a noose. Trump has been given so much rope he could run a chain of rope stores. He’s like T-Rex in Jurassic Park - he’s testing the fence, probing to see how far he can go before getting shocked.

One thing to think about ... Trumps unhinged outbursts are also giving prosecutors new material that could be used at trial to prove elements of the criminal charges against the fucker. If they succeed in quests for a gag order on Trump, prosecutors could lose one of their best sources of incriminating information — Trump’s pie hole. Don’t impede on his right to not have the ability to remain silent. BUT! ... IMO ...Screw that! Gag the shit out of him and hope someone has the balls to incarcerate him. He is a chaos tornado, and in ten minutes he can cause so much damage that the justice system will take decades to sort it out. When an arsonist sets fire to a house, first we put out the fire, then we catch the arsonist and stop him from starting more fires.

He's going for gag orders in all the jurisdictions he's indicted in.
I'd love that. I'd like to see a picture of him with a gag over his mouth. Better if it's held in place by a rope around his neck and forcing the gag into his mouth. Arms tied behind his back too... Feet/legs chained to his chair.
