We know the Trump mafia family will appeal, which will take years. Is this like the E. Jean Carroll decision, where they will have to put $350M into an escrow account? Trump Org doesn't have that kind of cash flow LOL.

From what I'm hearing, it's only like 10-20%. Not the full amount.

20% would be substantial, but not crippling. 10% he would just go back to his bankers at DB. 😛

I'm not holding my breath that DJT will ever serve hard time. But I'd settle for a Biden reelection and Trump's corrupt business empire being disassembled.

$364,000,000!

Should be nothing for someone actually worth 10 billion dollars!

Probably just a tip in a restaurant!

Apparently, he'd have to get the money from a bank that DOESN'T do business in the state of NY. This ruling prevents him from getting a loan from a provider that is licensed (does business) in the state.

I guarantee that Eric would be furiously googling "Banks that don't do business in New York state) right now if he knew how.

Plus, he says he has $400 million in cash laying around. Trump says a lot of things.
He's already dropped off the Forbes 400 list, and it seems unlikely he'll ever make it back on.

The only reason he's able to pay his substantial legal bills is because his PACs are collecting money from retirees. If only they knew their political donations are going to the likes of Alina Habba LOL.

That won't be necessary, Donald is a valued customer at Sberbank.

Habba's getting stiffed just like Rudy unless she was smart and got an upfront payment!

His daughter in-law said it all. Every penny of the RNC belongs to Trump (paraphased).

Quite possibly but you know how Donald is about pretty faces. If he's not trying to pay them for sex, he's trying to marry them. (Same thing really)

And if Habba is getting stiffed (ahem, financially), then the tens of millions he's paying in legal fees is going to his other lawyers that aren't so dumb.

Didn't Trusty quit Trump just like a month ago without any explanation?

I would guess he wasn't getting paid..

You mean Rudy? He has a negative net worth now, and Donald hung him out to dry. But that's what happens when you lie down with dogs.

As for Trump, he spent $51M of campaign money on legal fees in 2023. So unless he's outright laundering PAC money for personal use, some of his lawyers are making out like bandits.
