So clearly very ANTI Trump as they are able to use their own minds and exercise their own judgment rather than follow the commands of dear leader!

Major grounds for appeals to the calvinball court!

/sarcasm

Apparently this portfolio guy agrees LOL

So the media can take pictures inside the courtroom before the official proceedings begin each day, is that where the pictures are coming from?

Based on everything I've heard about this defense, I really hope Trump isn't paying for it. Just listened to The Daily on the closing arguments, sounds like the defense crashed and burned.

I wish @woolfe9998 was still posting regularly.

I’ve seen speculation from lawyers that Trump forced some of their more egregious errors because of how they seemed to serve no purpose other than to stroke Trump’s ego and actively harmed his defense.

In the end if a client wants to do something you think is a bad your choices are to either do it or try to withdraw as counsel.

Yeah, I've seen that speculation as well. Even still, seems he completely flobbed the closing arguments. I'm sure some of that was at Trump's direction, but a lot of it just seems poorly put together.

Hard to withdraw after resting and just before closing arguments. Probably made the lawyers wish they didn’t have the break so the orange monkey took a sharpie to the closing arguments

Waaaaayyyyyyy to early to look into the crystal ball. As long they are asking to review testimony, hopes that no jury member has already made their mind up and won’t honestly take serious the jury deliberation

Sounds like they're trying to establish or disprove intent

given the sleeping and the attempt to treat the trial as if the verdict will be determined by public opinion, it feels like the Turd has written off the multiple trials and is gambling on winning the election to avoid any consequences.

as long as he isnt personally losing money from the lawyer fees, the whole thing is just an interruption to his napping schedule that he cant shirk. he will do/mandate whatever serves his ego, despite how damaging it is to a proper legal defense.

Well thankfully the jury does not need to reach a unanimous verdict to convict.

This is from John Roberts that is a reporter for Fox News.

So of course the defendant is telling all his followers that this is the truth.

This his or course not true, this is what the judge told the jury
Prosecutors provided three theories of what unlawful means Trump used. Merchan told the jury: “Although you must conclude unanimously that the defendant conspired to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means, you need not be unanimous as to what those unlawful means were. In determining whether the defendant conspired to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means, you may consider the following: (1) violations of the Federal Election Campaign Act otherwise known as FECA; (2) the falsification of other business records; or (3) violation of tax laws.”
Bolding is mine.
