...which basically means "We believe your privilege does not exist, because in conversations under privilege with your client, you received confessions of serious federal crimes. Is that true?" (Meaning: yes, we know what you know. We promise.)
It is one of only a few ways that you can ask to force an overturn of client privilege, isn't it?
