I don't know but the documents from the empty folders could have been some of those already turned over in January. Dunno.

Yeah, given that he already faked a Time Man Of The Year cover, I guess he could have faked "top secret" folders just as easily. But maybe it was still less effort to just purloin some real ones? Hard to know why Trump does what he does - I doubt he even knows himself.
