Did you watch the whole thing? Or you're reading what others told you? So if mine is different, then it doesn't count is your logic?

I watched the whole thing. They're mainly laughing AT him. Every time he attacks people rather than address they question, they laugh at him. When he dodges the Springfield cop shotting, they gasp and catcall, then laugh at his weak attempts to deflect.

When he actually does address issues, such as inflation, they remain silent. Zero approval for his BS trickle down crap and blaming energy policies for it all.

The claps he gets are so weak, they have to be from his own staff trying to add the appearance of approval.

He gets heckled repeatedly and attacks an audience member.

WTF are you watching?

I've watched multiple pieces of it and see that he 1) can't answer questions, 2) constantly diverts and acts like the victim, 3) makes outrageous claims (like best president for Black Americans since Lincoln, or birtherism 2.0), 4) gets laughed at or booed because of his ridiculous statements, and 5) is generally rambling and can't stay on answer (he should really get that cognitive status test again).

Here. Stop with the clips. Here it is:

Right above is TIME stamped. You are telling me you're so blinded by trump-hate (which I hate him too), that the audience reaction isn't laughing WITH HIM? There's even an applause because the host DID feel she was being rude, no matter how effed up Trump is.

I'm not saying we should vote for Trump or I don't hate Trump anymore. I'm making an accurate observation.
I have watched quite a bit of the clip now and all I can say is you're delusional. There are a handful of people clapping but mostly they are jeering at him and heckling him.

I don't care if you love Trump or hate Trump but I can use my eyes, ears, and brain. If you think the audience there was loving him I'm just baffled.

There wasn't a single boo nor heckling. Show it to me in a time stamp. I don't give a FACK about trump, but I hate blind idiots.

God what am I posting this for anyway. It's just ALL party X bad, ALL party Y good.

Never mind and carry on.

Have you considered that your interpretation might differ from everyone else's not because they are biased but because you are wrong?

It was going so well, his handlers pulled him off the stage. Too much winning.
Still waiting on the time stamp of the heckling and booing. You got nothing because I watched the damn thing. Some mocking laughter at first, but there was zero cheering and laughing together? You're insane.

Why, because we pointed out the fallacies, lies, and disgusting remarks he made?

Did you watch that clip in its fuller form? I did because I had nothing better to do.

The audience just kind of took it in. The host lady even felt that energy and rebutted, "Kamala identifies as black." No one was gasping at the absurdity unfortunately, it felt more like, "KAMALA IS OURS, NOT INDIAN", not, "YOU ARE RUDE".\

The first quarter yup, but he drew laughter and APPLAUSES at several moments. No one jeered or booed. I know, because I had nothing better to do.

If you emotional kids can't understand that I'm merely pointing out that Trump as a political candidate made a successful appearance today BASED ON THE AUDIENCE REACTION (not mine), you need to take a breath. I thought this forum is pretty old now and we aren't as rabid.
Again, I didn’t attack you but asked questions about Trump’s gaslighting and made observation that if those attendance couldn’t grasp his gaslighting they were in denial.

I also find it puzzling you hate Trump but post what you felt was a win for him in front of people he has historically demonstrated he hates.

You call us emotional children. Thanks for the personal attack on those of us who didn’t attack you but posed questions. So, you get to say you made accurate observation and when some of us disagree you attack us and the forum. Gotcha,

Have you considered? I'm a never trumper and I call it as I see it.

I didn't say what he said wasn't a garbage as usual
I merely talked about the vibe of the audience and their clear reactions. It wasn't hostile, Trump wasn't losing the audience either, and he made laughs. I heard numerous applauses, and I also heard mocking laughter as WELL as definitely laughing together.

If that trips you up, I don't know.

As I said before if you like or hate Trump is irrelevant so you don't have to mention it.

As far as considering it no, because the situation doesn't apply to me. You're the one saying everyone but you is wrong, not me.

I see you are focused on the dispute of audience laughing with or for him and getting emotionally charged. How about answering my questions? Why do we need to prove to you our interpretations? What are you seeking?

Everything Trump did on that stage was gaslighting, lies or just nonsense.

How many jobs did Trump create in his 4 years in office. -2 million. Not the best person for black people since Lincoln.

Frankly, a lot on this forum have seen so many both sides bad faith posters and never trumpers spout pure magat talking points we are suspicious.

My point all along is that his appearance was good for him based on audience response.

Lol an audience of a thousand is supposed to make us ignore what we saw on the stage? Even hardcore orange monkey supporters has no positive words to say on the panel after

I watched the whole thing. This appearance helped him in no way and very likely harmed him. The clips that people are going to see are him saying Kamala isn't black and other insane stuff. He also called his VP pick useless. He was rude and condescending. None of this is a recipe for gains when your favorables are already in the toilet.

The only way it could have been worse is if he loaded his pants on stage.

TRUMP SPEAKS AT NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BLACK JOURNALISTS CONFERENCE IN CHICAGO

Here is a time-marked start where Trump walked in:

He faced a very hard question right from the start - "You've held dinners with white supremacists, you called several politicians of color to go back where they came from, and you called Kamala a DEI hire, what do you have to say to this audience?" He completely dodged it by saying how nasty the host was when he made an effort to be a guest. He actually drew laughter and applause from the audience. This mofo actually dodged it completely.

I do not like him. But I watched the whole 30 minutes or whatever. He was actually... endearing (wtf?), and drew laughter and cheers (yes cheers) from the audience consistently.

At the end his central messages were: Illegal immigrants are coming to take your black jobs too + ill use our large oil to drive down inflation, don't mind EVs + the waterpot black lady police killing "looked very bad" + Biden made inflation.

He kept on going back to the moderator with the 'nasty question' how she was late to the event, her equipment didn't work, NUMEROUS times throughout the debate and the crowd laughed every time. She just sat there defeated because she couldn't be louder than the guest, I guess.

The whole thing was closed by drawing a nice applause and cheers.

Damn I was surprised. He actually handled himself well. That appearance was a win for him and for the garnering black support.
What exactly did he nail? Did he answer any of the first question?

If by "nailed" you mean ducking the question, then he succeeded.

I'll ask you a question, what are black jobs and how did Kamala suddenly "become black"??

Can you explain why Trump's team ended the event early if it was going so well?

What do you know that Trump's team doesn't?

"You don't even say hello or how are you." Trump says and audience laughs in agreement.

How was the reporter being rude? All she did was quote Trump on the things he said and did.
