Trump has a plan to give the police what the already have and his dumb ass voters buy it.
Really.Trump has a plan to give the police what the already have and his dumb ass voters buy it.
Really.
Derek Chauvin would very much be interested in this alternative reality you created, where his ass is not in prison.
Hitting the egg nog a bit hard? I can tell who didn't bother to read the article either.
I’m sure @GettyRoad will be onboardReally.

I oppose qualified immunity, but it should come out of the pockets of the city not the individual cop....that will make them quitI’m sure @GettyRoad will be onboard
What is your favorite flavor of police boot polish comrade?I oppose qualified immunity, but it should come out of the pockets of the city not the individual cop....that will make them quit
I'm not a cop boot licker, I really am not, I just want cops to do their jobs professionally and fairlyWhat is your favorite flavor of police boot polish comrade?
Removing accountability works against the goals you claim to support. We have had that model for decades now.I'm not a cop boot licker, I really am not, I just want cops to do their jobs professionally and fairly
He doesn’t want police to be accountable for their actions...so when conservatives rail about personal responsibility they just mean everyone else?Removing accountability as you support works against the goals you claim to support. We have had that model for decades now.
When conservatives rail about anything, they just mean for everyone else:He doesn’t want police to be accountable for their actions...so when conservatives rail about personal responsibility they just mean everyone else?
I don't have any arguments against the theme above. I'm curious to see how conservatives will handle it, or further handle it. Maybe they'll try some workaround language too try to look good to both sides. Or maybe they won't even reply to it anymore. When conservatives rail about anything, they just mean for everyone else:
Personal responsibility! (but only for minorities and others I don't like)
Strict law and order! (except not for me or my Klan brothers)
Ban gay sex! (just not mine)
Ban abortions! (but not for my child or my extra-marital affairs or my prostitutes)
Enforce 'free speech'! (defined as all media and schools should be required by the government to expound upon my religious views and other conservative views that I agree with, while banning all other viewpoints from all forms of media, schools and books).
And sadly, those aren't even exaggerations of the majority viewpoints of today's Republicans.
And...who else? People were "happy" about Chauvin's conviction because of how rare it is, basically being non-existent pre-Rodney King. Now look at all the murders they've commited outside of that, with no convictions if charges were even filed.Really.

The city/county (aka taxpayers) are already on the hook for cops being shitty, wherever it occurs. They SHOULD be held accountable as individuals. GOOD if they quit. Those types are not the people we want to be serving as police officers anyway. Fuck em.I oppose qualified immunity, but it should come out of the pockets of the city not the individual cop....that will make them quit
