Anyone who thinks a signed powerpoint slide meant anything is a tremendous moron. We're entering dangerous territory. It's quite obvious that governments and foreign corporations are using Trump in order to get some quid pro quo deals lined up. It's a win for Trump because of PR and a win for the foreign gov't and businesses. Since the telecom industry has been heavily regulated by the Obama administration, i completely expect things like foreign mergers/acquisitions to go through without any oversight by the likes of the FCC or FTC.
