I can't really speak for native tribes, but I somehow doubt they would want their name being so lackadaisically thrown around and plastered on NFL merchandise. Getting their name plastered on a football team owned by a multi billionaire who is part of a billionaires' club of NFL owners isn't going to increase Native Americans' representation. It's also like paying them in exposure instead of doing concrete things, like giving money and land, to make amends for past injustices.

Technically he doesn't have power over the stadium in the first place. That power resides with the mayor of DC, because Congress gave that authority to the mayor. Otherwise, Congress has authority over DC
